Nanavati Consulting, Inc. (NCI) was founded in 2001 on the principal of providing responsive, relevant, and reliable solutions. Nanavati Consulting, Inc. has a proven track record of helping our customers better manage their mission-critical data and improve upon their existing business processes. We have specialized in using OpenText software to design, implement, customize, manage, and support solutions for our customers that help them realize a significant return on their investments.

Our solutions give our customers rapid access to the information and services they need to help them do their jobs more effectively and to make better informed decisions. Old cumbersome and outdated business processes are replaced with systems that meet specific and unique business requirements allowing users at all organizational levels to effectively manage and share information.

Our program management staff has a history of delivering projects on time, within budget and according to specifications. They hold advanced degrees in Management and have demonstrated their ability to plan, organize, direct, and control projects from start to finish. They utilize a standardized project management methodology but understand the need for it to be tailored to the customer and the work at hand. One of the keys to their success is their ability to cultivate effective communication, cooperation, and trust from all the project participants.

Nanavati Consulting Inc. is proud to be a small business located in Maryland. We have performed work for and sold products to customers in both the public and private sectors, national and international. Our services provided have included Oracle and OpenText system tuning and troubleshooting support, custom development and enhancement and architectural design consultation.
