User and Group Administration Tool for Livelink

Do you have a large number of users, groups, and/or projects? Our User and Group Administration Tool helps manage complex Livelink systems by giving User Administrators, Coordinators and Group Leaders a drag and drop environment to view and reassign group and project membership.

  • A graphical view of group hierarchy
  • Drag and drop user and group administration
  • Administrators (users with "User Administration” privilege) can manage the memberships for all the Groups and Projects.
  • Project Coordinators can manage the memberships for their projects.
  • Group Leaders are indicated with a flag and can manage the memberships for their groups.
  • Each users home department is denoted with a flag for easy reference.
